Snow Walk in Shibden

Such a fabulous walk in crunchy deep snow, following my childhood footsteps along the wonderfully named Hagstocks, now named Hag Lane. Snow brings out my inner nine-year-old and I couldn't believe I was there just in time to see the sunrise coming up through the trees. All alone, barely a sound but for me giggling out loud, I realized a dog walker had appeared around the corner. A true test of work with masking fluid and layers of colour.
